Hey guys and gals...The other night I finally got around to putting the other gfci outlet in my kitchen but there wasn't enough room in the box to get it back in with the wires and all. So I was wondering if there was such a thing as an outlet extender that I could attach to the box so I could get it to fit. I'm not talking about the spacers they have so if you put up drywall or whatever, I actually used some of those in my bedroom when I drywalled it. Maybe they don't make such a thing, in that case I'll just get a deeper box but I'm thinking since mobiles have thinner walls that someone out there may have found something like this?

You may have to go with a bigger box or add a junction box under the counter and run just the wires needed for the GFI up to it. Greg

There are deeper outlet boxes for new and old construction use. I've seen at Lowe's and HD. You'll need 'old construction' style for this task. Should give you the extra space needed for proper outlet installation. Lane
