I currenty have a Miller CMF80-po and would like to switch to natural gas and I'm looking at
a miller cmf95 and would like to know if the base of the cmf95 would fit the base of the cmf80
or would i have to replace everything down to the main duct.

The base should be the same. The difference between the CMF-80 and the CMF-95 is the BTU rating. The 80 = 80,000 btu and the 95 = 95,000 btu.

thanks for the reply , so it should be a simple process of removing the old oil furnace and
dropping in the new nat gas one , run the gas line and hook up the electric and call the
furnace guy to check it out and do any thing else thats needed.

The CMF95 is the high efficiency one right? Like 95% or something like that I think. It will be vented out in PVC and you would need a roof-jacket adapter for the new PVC vent setup. The sell a kit that should fit your existing vent setup.

Nordyne's line of high efficiency furnaces start with either M3 or M7 as a model number. The M3 are 90+ and the M7 are 95+ efficient.
