blower turns on and off within a matter of minutes

Hi there, I have a Coleman 3400-815 furnace. The blower recently started to not work. It turns on occasionally and when it does it will run for about a minute or so and then stop. It acts like it bogs down on something. I took everything out and cleaned it, just bought the home and man it was sure dirty but to no avail. Is it likely run capacitor or motor? How do I test to know which one it is?

Cap testers are about $75.00, a new capacitor is probably $10.00. Buy a new capacitor and put it in there. If that solves the problem then it was the capacitor, if not it's the motor.
