OK, 1996 Coleman Evcon. Red light blinking repeatedly. Called technician and he instructed me how to turn off the buzzer and helped check out that the furnace was still working. He came the next day and checked it out, said my control board that makes the fresh air come in whenever the furnace comes on and the it is fried. He mentioned the part costs about $140. that we do not have to replace it and that the furnace will just use the air in the house every time the furnace comes on.

Sooo...so i replace it? or is this 'control board' like the 'recycled air button' on a car?

I am really wet behind the ears on this. We just purchased and moved in not more than 2 months ago and it is our first home. Any information or recommendations would be extremely helpful

Don't bother with it. Just disconnect all wiring associated with the Blend Air system.
