Hi,
I have a 1983 M.H located in Washington State, where it is now about 20 degrees. I have a Wesco electric furnace that is kicking on every three minutes or so and runs for several minutes each time. Some of my vents seem to have very little air blowing out of them, some blow well, and all blow only lukewarm air.
The room temp does seem to stay right at where my thermostat is set, however, so the temp seems to be regulating properly.
Is it typical for a furnace to kick on every few minutes like this when it's cold out? this is going to cost me a fortune at this rate.
I am keeping thermostat at around 66 degrees. I tried turning it down, but it still ran every couple minutes.
Thanks so much,
Vicki Lee
