I haven't been on here in some time, mostly because i have had no problems lately (knock on wood). But i do have a question and i have always recieved good advice here before. Iam painting an ouside door (back door) which i found was metal underneath after removing the paint. Do i need a special kind of paint to stick on the metal? If so any recomendations?

thanks in advance

I would go with an Enamel, and follow the Perp. instructions on the can.

Clean/scrape/degrease the door, then sand, prime, and paint. I would use an enamel paint as Greg suggests. Take your time, let the paint dry between coats.
