Looking for advice. We need better skirting....we currently have vinyl and it is need of replacing. Would you use cinder block? We are attached to a breezeway and garage with a storm shelter under the breezeway made from cinderblock. I would like it all to sort of match. Is this a good idea or no? I keep thinking about a gap at where the house would meet the block. So is there another way around the gap? Can I make the contractor dig the depth of an extra block so it butts right to the house? How do they "attach" to the house? Any advise would be appreciated. Thanks! Oh and pics would rock!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If it were just a skirting question, I would say steel. The same type as pole barn siding. Now since you have blocks, I am not sure how it would look. If you could post a picture It would give us a better idea of what you are working with. Greg
