Not done yet but getting closer--ceiling,inside painting but not the trim--all new electric from pole to all new inside--all up to code--replaced all the siding with smart siding--made huge difference in the temp inside home as soon as on side was done you could tell a difference--we were working in 90+ degree w high humidity--new roof--we may add on in future--why we designed it this way--what we have done in the past 3 weeks

Neat slide presentations.

Lots of major reconstruction.

Looking good.

Why did you paint the drywall before taping the seams and are you sure you are using enough screws especially in the ceilings. Screws look to be too far spaced to properly support.

We are not done--that is not dry wall in the ceiling--we have many rentals and we use trim where the seams are--much easier to repair if damaged--plus in a mh where the seams meet is usually a problem area--you will see how nice it will look when we are done--this one will be more custom due to it is our dd and she picked out a custom ordered stain--which she used on all the trim and the kitchen cabinets---and we will use on the hardwood floor--if we go that route--which looks like we will, once we visit the factory--we have all the equipment and the hardwood floor is running 1.45 a ft--just a few cents higher than laminate--we have done many houses and this is still a work in process--they are always beautiful when done--so watch out for part 7--hope this will be the before/after album lol
