Has anyone found this before....

in the home I have bought to renovate, almost every room has a hole in the center of the room, 1 to 2 feet across... it is not due to the heating ducts, they are located about 2 feet away...

there is evidence of pets (dog hair) but I don't smell odors, but is there any chance the pets had a favorite pee spot in the center of every room?

oh well.... every new home is a new adventure....

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?

Check for plumbing leaks under the home. Most manufacturers run the supply lines down the length almost in the center. Greg

Possible it may have been used as a grow op. Growers usually put holes in floors and ceiling for ventilation. Are there repairs in the ceilings?
