Hi, my son has late 70s mh with a coleman presidential 2 furnac/ac, model #768013, the a coil was frozen and we defrosted that and he has been using it and it works fine but now there is water in the vent which I guess runs from there to the back bedroom and bathroom not the other vents. The panel in front of the a coil is bent and a lot of air blows out of there , but I need advice on what to do at this point.
His gas is not on right not so that is not a concern yet.

Thanks,
Rose

Hi Rose,

Need to find out why it froze up and correct it or it will freeze again.

Wet/Dry vac the water out of duct gently as much as possible.

Look for sagging in underbelly under home in case water in duct leaked out into belly.

If so, open belly and remove wet insulation, then replace insulation.

With the air blowing out/around coil, need to seal up any openings so air blows through the coil and down the duct only.

May be best to get an hvac tech to look things over.

Thanks,
Robert
