I like the look of the subway style pattern, I guess you'd call it staggered, but how do I do this, I know I lay down the first row, but then how do I space the second row (width wise) so it's not copycat to the first one?
By the way, I'm using the 4''x36'' plank peel and stick.
Thanks!

Hi,
I am not sure of the pattern you are trying to achieve. Could you post a pic or link to what you are talking about.
Also when installing tiles etc you start from the center of the floor and work your way out to the outer walls. There are complete install instructions with Novalis products on the back of the package. It is a good product, I used it in my other home.

Here's the pattern I was talking about, you can see a little more clearly how every seam of each plank doesn't line up

oooooh, wow I thought it was going to be so much harder than that!

Except I would suggest going 36", 24" and then 12". This will stagger the seams even more and hide them better, IMO.Suzque49 wrote:You start the first row with a full plank, then the nest row you start with a 1/2 plank. So the first plank in the first row would be 36" and the next row would start with an 18" plank.
