Hi all, by this 2nd post you can tell I am working in the bathroom! New floor going in, painting this weekend. While I was down on hands and knees, observing the yucky green carpet that covers the plywood boxing in my tub I felt a very cold draft... put my hand up and over the carpet and plywood and I felt like my hand was outside. What to do?? I'm taking the carpet off, can I insulate behind the plywood?

I would go "downstairs" and check the area under the tub. It sounds like you may have an opening in the underbelly allowing the cold air in. Greg
