Personally I use my air trim nail gun, but you could just as easily use small finishing nails if you don't have any of the air tools. Greg

Hi betty joanne,
Like Greg says air nailer or brad nailer works but if not hammer and finishing nails work. However if using the latter just remember where your thumb is LOL. Have a great day.

Hi,

To avoid leaving hammer marks in the trim be sure to use a nail set tool, or if you don't have one use another nail to finishing setting the nail in place.
