Test across the LOAD/SECONDARY side of transformer for 24-28vac output.

IF you do not have it, test across LINE/PRIMARY side for 240vac input.

Thanks,
Robert

If it had 240vac PRIMARY and 0vac SECONDARY, it's bad.

What is the VA rating on it ?

Thanks,
Robert
