could I use DigitalDreams hot air solar panels to heat the craw space under a double wide? would it help to keep the house warm and pipes from freezing in the winter?

If you could move enough hot air, it could eventually reach the floor, but the insulation and vapor barrier would be the biggest heat resistance. It would help for the pipes for sure.

If I use solar heat to keep under our DW warm
will I have to worry about mold getting under the house?

Warmer air can hold more moisture than cooler air. If you are forcing warm air underneath your home, then you are displacing the air that's there and carrying the moisture out with it. IOW, the heated air will help to lower the relative humidity in the crawlspace.

It would still be a good idea to lay down a vapor barrier on the ground to minimize the moisture anyways.
