Hi there,

Just found this post. I currently have a Breckwell P23 that is approved for mobile homes. I have a double wide myself. It does a wonderful job heating the home but care needs to be taken in extreme cold with the water pipes. You must run your furnace to keep the pipes from freezing. I do this plus have a heat tape on where the water comes into the house.

I had mine professionally installed. I contacted my insurance company and they didnt have a problem as long as it was professionally installed........which is alittle pricey.

I order pellets at pre-buy times in the spring. Last spring they were 205.00 a ton. Now the same pellet is 340.00 a ton....and is cheaper to burn oil. Everyone says there still is a pellet shortage but what I am finding is there are plenty of pellets just very expensive. Hopefully they will come down this spring!
