Hi,

I have an 1972 Premier and the hitch is still attached. Can I have it cut off? I'd like to put
a garden there.

Thanks,

There should not be a problem removing the hitch. Look near the edge of the front wall, some of the newer homes are bolted together. If that is the case just remove the bolts and slide the hitch under the home just in case you need it later. If not you can cut it with a saws all, but again I would save it, just in case.

Good advice although I have seen many tongues over the years that have been saved under homes and most are little more that a crumbling pile of rust flakes. They survive much better if they can be kept in a open air storage area.
