Here's a link to purchase 54" wide wall paper for anyone who's tired of the wall paper sheet rock in their home.
They have residential and commercial which looks very much like what you'll find in the newer mobile homes.
I don't know how hard it would be to hang wall paper that wide. I have several panels of sheet rock that need replaced so would it work if I applied the wall paper to the sheet rock first and then hung the papered panel?

I suppose you could but you will have very visible seams. Also if your paper has a print to it your chances of matching it to the next length is slim to none.
