next projects- paint the ceilings, and redo the kitchen. god, i need new cabinets.

my dad and i did. it wasnt as hard as i thought it was going to be. my step uncle does roofing and siding so i got the skirting and all windows for a pretty decent price.

Just went through some of your slide show...WOW, love your hosta and fern gardens! Hostas are some of my favorite plants.

Your home is looking good! New windows are almost worth there weight in gold, great investment.
