For you folks who don't get "nervous about changing a light bulb".

I have a hallway about 18 feet long with a single ceiling light fixture in the middle of it.

We want to mount quite a few of our old family pix on the wall of that hallway and want to use track lighting where the current fixture is.

Question....is there any problem with connecting a couple track systems (four or five lights each) to that single fixture?

Electricity is NOT my thing.

Thanks.....Bill

Bill, Most switches are rated for 15 amps, as long as you do not exceed that you should not have any problems. On paper you would be able to have 1650 total watts of light to be at 15 amps. you may want to think about other types of bulbs that are more efficient than the incandescent (1650 watts of fluorescent would light the whole home).
