I put in the exact same self sticking tiles over existing vinyl in a home I was selling. Had a small dishwasher leak and the tiles came up. Pried them off and put new down.

Had another one start coming up due to either the sun hitting it or the heat vent making it hot.

Wouldn't use them again...
