Weed Barrier around mobile home

So I am almost done with our new underpinning from tin around our 52x24 doublewide. I used the tin for durability vs the vinyl. I am now looking for a way that would look nice, be low maintenance, and affordable to put a barrier say 3 to 4 foot out from the underpinning, maybe 2 foot out so there would be no weed eating required next to underpinning. Thought about mulch but then again mulch is going to or could draw termites. Post up some pictures of what y'all have done all the way around. Thanks
