Foundation coating

I am looking for advice for coating my block foundation under my manufactured home. Its a block foundation with a skin coating on it. Because of the minimal roof overhang, rain water splashes on it. I painted it before with something that didnt last very long. Small "block lines" are visible in certain areas. I would even consider using something asphalt-based, but I don't see any colors available.Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
