Fairmont Homes

Does anyone have any feedback on the manufacturer "Fairmont Homes".
I am in the market for a new home purchase and have numerous manufactures to chose from. Fairmont has a distributor close to me in Canada (as do many manufactures) and I am curious as to others opinions on this manufacturer. We are also looking a Hart, Northlander, Armstrong, and a Canadian manufacturer Nabco Housing in Quebec.
On the surface Fairmont appears to have the best price but as with anything you often get what you pay for.
We do not intend to live in the home we purchase it is for resale.
