If they are gone by Halloween you could use their place as part of the haunted house exhibit,you might not even need to decorate it 
. If they are still there just spray them all with glow-in-the-dark white paint and unplug the extension cord they use to borrow electricity for lights,the normal noises from there will scare the bejezus out of trick-or-treaters and the glowing apparitions will fluctuate through the tattered curtain windows whenever they get up to search for a beer!
