Just got our Jan electric bill $338.00. We had 13 days of record low temp.

In the winter we keep our thermostat on 70.

Power bills up north must be killer this time of the year.

Aside from the roof leak, soft floors, rats, mice and bursted plumbing ........ how do you like it?

Yeah, our bill went up over $400 this month. We could have been a lot more energy efficient but we were lulled into complacency by the previous months very low bill. We also have a couple of things here that adds more to our bill than most homes. No, we do not grow "medicine".
