Hi grant from Nashville TN. I am new here.
Been browsing this site for a while. I have found it helpful lots of info and ideas. None of witch I have put to use yet but will be in the near future. I have a 1996 ( 14 x 60 ) 2 bed 1 bath medal roof and siding; old school as mobile homes go. I bought the trailer new and have been satisfied with my purchase.

I have made a few upgrades and some minors repairs over the years.
New tub and a partial bathroom remodel
water heater replacement
Roof paint
2 roof leak repairs
A few wall and trim upgrades

Hope to post some before pics and get started with a kitchen make over soon. Got some really helpful ideas for kitchen cabinet painting from the forums

Hi & welcome to the family. One thing you may want to think about is Mark's book. It is a good reference book for about any repair or upgrade you may want or need. Even if you don't do the work yourself, it has a lot of good basic information. Greg
