Washer drain line

Have a washer that overflows back from the drain . Do I need to put an extension on it ? Don't believe the drain line is plugged. Had it 'snaked' a couple of yrs ago. It also appears to come up from the kitchen drains too. They are about 10 ft apart(washer/kit. sink). Am planning to disconnect the kit. drain to see if anything is "built-up" there. Suggestions ???

Without seeing how it is layed out it is hard to say if an extension would help. I would almost bet that there is a partial blockage somewhere. Greg

YAAA,I kinda agree with you. I'm unable to pull out units to ck behind wall but will start under the kit. sink. May even try "snanking" it again. Thanks for your reply!

This could also be a blockage in the plumbing vent pipe in this area.
