What does MH/LX mean?

Since I've got access to experts here, perhaps you could help me with this. I've seen this term used in various ads for used mobile homes.

Thank you! I thought it was some sort of certification of inspection or building standard or something, since on one search site there was the search option, "MH/LX Only". It sounded like some kind of desirable characteristic! Thanks for clearing that up, Dean.
