Well, Happy New Year everyone, welcome to 2009. It is 3 PM and 21 degrees F outside and I have had some back ribs smoking on the BBQ for about 3 hours now. Had to bring in the new year right. Here's hoping that 2009 brings you all peace and joy!

Happy New Year everyone,
My resolution this year is making more family/me time...guess that means a little less pc time...
At this time the weather is warm although we are having 40 to 60 mph gust of winds...watching that 80 foot tall Loblolly pine outside my house!

My resolution is to make it to 2010.
Also eat more ribs...I cook em in the crock pot 5 hours.
