In Jan 2006 we bought our home through Coldwell Banker. In order for us to qualify for the loan we had to have the home put on a foundation. Doing so converted from a traditional mobile home/land note to real property note just as if you had bought a regular stick built home. I am looking at doing a refi and trying to roll 2 home improvement loans into the note as well. Currently we are sitting at 6.25 for 30 years. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations as to who is a better lender for our type of property?

I would think that rate will be hard to beat.

I just found this site last night. Hope it will help.... I'm going to give it a try myself. Click on the "first time buyer" link and it will have all kinds of financing information.
