Yup, use all the info you can get! We have plenty of it and happy to share it all! :D

It really does not matter what order your questions are in as long as you have them written down.

Personally I think getting the land first would be the way to go...this will give you even more time to research your new home and get all the info.

Once you do decided what home you are getting, there is another set of rules to follow,LOL. No matter how cute, polite and professional they are remember selling homes is there business. Many a nice new home with dreams has turned into despair and anger when the home is set up. Whatever you do and whatever you and the dealership decide upon get everything in writing and signed, even if it is about a set of steps!

We will get to the set up portion when you get that far! :? Will will walk you thru everything that we all have been thru.
