Had my knee surgery yesterday (monday), after getting hurt last April. It was successful. On the mend and looking forward to getting a bit more active. Gained about 20 lbs since being hurt and feel sluggish! lol I think I could have played Santa without padding myself.

Not yet kicking...but will be soon
Hey Jim.
I'll bet you are jazzed to be able to get going again. But take it slow and easy. Don't push yourself too hard.

Hey Jim,
Glad to hear the surgery was successful. As JD said recovery is a slow process, take your time, do as you are told (that's the hard part for you men, LOL)
Doing to much to soon will result in improper healing and all was for naught. Take care and keep us posted.
As for the weight, once you get active again it will go away...

The difference between success and failure is who gives up first!
Great news Jim! However, soccer will have to come later. Now it's hockey season!
