This is not about a repair, but I was hoping someone could help me. I just got a 1975 Park Avenue 12X60 mobile home. I was told it was made by National Homes Inc.

I am filling out an application for a SOL. I have to tell them the address and license number of the manufacturer. Does anyone know the location of National Homes Inc. ?? I don't know if they are still in business. I googled it and found National Homes in Indiana, New York, Texas, etc. If you don't know, do you know where I could find out? I would very much appreciate any help.

Did you try the white pages.com..I have no idea which one of those states you need the address from.

What's an SOL?? I just googled National Homes too and didn't find anything definite. They were probably bought out by another company and the name changed. Or they're just out of business now. Good luck with your search.

SOL is a statement of ownership and location. It is my understanding that they now use SOLs rather than titles.
