There are frequent references to Mark and his book. What is this book? Does one buy it or is it online? Is this a book that covers all MH repair subjects?

Yes the manual can be purchased here on site, just click on the BOOKS/PARTS link above.
The manual covers about everything in repairs, but it does not cover repairs on furnaces and AC units, those are technical questions.
