Question about purchasing MH

We currently live in a Golden West on 10 acres in California. We just purchased 20 acres in Idaho and have been looking for Manufactured/modular and stick built options. I have found a Fleetwood floor plan that I really like, but I’m concerned about the quality of Fleetwood homes. I’ve looked online at reviews, and they seem to be only at about a 1.5 star rating. I’d like some input from owners or others who have looked at Fleetwood.
