I have 3 pictures of the straps I'm trying to figure out but each time I try to attach one I get a red note saying "The file is too big, maximum allowed size is 256 KiB." I get this even when I made it a zip file. What gives? I'm sending it as an attachment in an email and see what happens! Has anyone else had this issue and how was it resolved?

Most photo programs have a resize feature. I use Picasa, I resize the photo and export it to a file then post the resized photo. I think there is also a resize feature in windows somewhere too.
