Sue-happy buyers are a big problem and I can't say I agree always with some court decisions I've heard about. The purpose of mandatory disclosure is to protect the consumer, but some of said consumers will try to unfairly capitalize on it and often succeed. One does not have to agree with it but unfortunately we have to live with it.
