Awwwww yes this question will probably be quickly answered.. I HOPE SO ANYWAY,,,lol,,
We just purchased a 1998 Belmont 16x80,,, Vinyl Siding, Shingle Roof,,, This thing has 7 square vents on top of it,,backside,,, no issue really because I assume that it should help keep the house cooler/warmer,,,, Buttttttttt here is my question that confused me,,

When looking in the air handler closet,.,.,Above the A-Coil,,, there is a roundm, flexible, black. duct work of some sort just hanging,, Not sure where it went as I did not have a flashlight to look up in there,,,,

Is this some sort of venting for the attic area?? I have never seen anything like that.

Sounds like its a fresh air supply. To help draw fresh air in he house.
