Approx. since May we have been smelling skunk odor from underneath. It comes off&on,not consistent. Don't know why,or if,they are living under there. Have not seen any or noticed holes under the skirting. I have set a couple of insect bombs off but to no avail!! Any suggestions before winter comes?

I think I would open up the skirting in a few places and get a look to see if they are still there and any damage done.. You might want to make a few screen panels (to keep critters out) and leave it open for a few weeks to air out.

Remember that you need skirting that is 100% tight & no holes for critters to get through before cold weather gets here.
