I'm wanting to redo the ceiling on my mobile home I pulled down the old ceiling tile and insulation now its just the insulation board in between the rafters and metal roof. Do I want to pull this down also its hanging in places. Do I need to put anything up so the condensation doesn't get the new insulation doesn't get wet?

You cold try repairing what you have. Tyvek tape is available at most home stores and is made for the type of environment you are repairing. Cheap fix. You could replace missing portions with tyvek or if it is just small areas, 6 mil plastic.
