Mold in bath ceiling

Finally found someone certified in mold remediation (one of the few negatives of living in a rural area), they are coming this week to remove bath ceiling and part of bedroom ceiling, sand mold off rafters, wipe all walls in the house and clean my carpets. Also put ridge cap vents and vent fans in both baths. Everyone please keep your fingers crossed...
