I got the very small diameter chrome one that Walmart has. The diameter of the shower head is nearly the same as the diameter of the pipe. I think it would work well with low pressure, I don't have that problem. Do you know why you have such low pressure?

If you have well water, the first thing that I would check would be the air pre-charge in the bladder tank. The pressure that should be in the tank (when empty of water) is typically set at 2 psi below the cut-in pressure on the pump switch.

I think I would find the cause for the low pressure first. A few things to check.

Are you an a well or public water?

Check the pressure coming into the home. If you have good pressure to the home go to your shutoff valve. It may take some looking to find the problem. If you have iron pipes there may be a rust blockage, plastic tubes may have a crimp in them.

If you replace supply lines, go with PEX. Greg
