Even if you get it out of it's alcove you won't have room to work around it. Those are usually set in place then the walls are built around them. The only ones I have run into like that we cut up and trashed. Installed new tub complete with surround. Real familiar with those units as Admiration in our area used them in many models of homes back in the 70's. Yes Brenda dimensions are correct.

That's what i was afraid of.

Is there any chance i can get under it to remove the particle board floor, without moving the tub, by coming up through the bottom?

Have you cut the belly open under the tub? The tub can't move until the plumbing line are disconnected either, so you must still make an access underneath. Once you do that, you will be able to tell how hard or easy the particleboard will come out.
