These are the awning that used to be over the area where the french doors are! They figured it would be easier to take it off the house than try to work around it.

We still have to clean the cement blocks around the house. The north side has moss growing on them!

Looks great you did a fantastic job. Where did you get those windows? Was the trim on the outside one piece attached already to the window? I need to look into them. Got a brand name? Thanks.

Yes the windows were complete. We bought them at Lowe's and they are Pella Thermastar brand. You have to have 2 x 4 walls in order to use them.

I also just got windows like that dual pane, between glass grids and double hung. Absolutely love them, washing the windows is just a few easy snaps away!
