I have a 20 yr old Skyline MH with a skylight that has 2 layers of plastic material. The previous owners had put duct tape over the inner layer (do not know why) and when it was removed it left the residue from the glue. I have tried scrapping it off with a razor blade, but I know it will leave scratches if I continue. Does anyone know of a cleaner which might help remove this?

You can try Goo Gone or cooking oil. Let the cooking oil sit for a while and try to wipe clean. Follow instructions on the Goo Gone bottle. Not sure if it will ruin the finish of the plastic or not. I know the cooking oil won't. Good luck!!

You could also try WD-40. I've used it to clean up tape gunk left overs and it seemed to do a good job.
