I own a 1997 Patriot home bought it new then and my shower valves are getting tight to turn on and off and I need to replace them but there are no markings showing who made them.
To turn the water off and then take them apart to look and see if I can match them up so to speak is something I am not comfortable with because if they are real bad and they don't back on till I get the new ones this could be a big problem.
Can anyone give me an idea with the maker of this home and experience with this repair work tell me what the company probably used for show faucets or what the common ones used were?
Thank You
Bob

If you go to Lowes Hardware get a fixture that says on the box... For Mobile Homes. The pipe sizes are different for us than for a wood house.
Call Dinwiddie Demolition we'll tear that house right down.
