Going to renovate the last 2/3 of the trailer.
Thinking of going with a tank-less hot water heater to save space
and to make it easier to drain the water system.
It's a summer home with inter mitten winter use.
Need something with a low gph trigger rate.
I have a shallow well pump and it's not exactly a high flow rate
system.
Saw this on eBay.

Make sure it is Mobile Home rated...most direct venting appliances are not rated for MH use and if you burn down, no insurance, to start!!
Go electric if you can then no problem with the listing for MH. Make sure your electric panel will handle the load.
God, grant me the serenity

the courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference.
