One finger salute to the idiots in the mobile home industry

Folks, i am sick and tired of everytime i have to fix something on this fat critter that i have to make multiple trips into town for what should have been a standardized part. This soap box rant is all about plumbing fittings...and how the idiots in the mobile home industry used what ever was cheapest regardless of any conformity to what any hardware store might carry. This time it is the in-line water valve for a toilet. WHY????dear gawd WHY??? is a 1/2" IPS fitting used when everything else in the whole world is 3/8" ???? WHY?????
