Skyline?

Hi everyone! I am new to mobile homes. I am helping my dad downsize and locate a home in an over 55 community and have a couple questions I would love help with. First, if he buys new, is skyline a good manufacturer? Pros? Cons? Second, if he buys used is there an age at which you wouldn’t risk getting a mobile home? Like 40-50 years? Something else? Or does it simply depend on the home? Thanks for any help. I want to make sure that my dad’s purchase is a good one
